GOT QUESTIONS? WE TOTALLY GET IT!

HERE ARE THE MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED ONES:
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing based on our supplier and manufacturers' list price. Offering competitive pricing and the best deals to all of our customers is something we take pride in!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we review exact details pertaining to our new customer's required services. If we determine that their garage requires a repair or replacement of parts, we proceed to educate them on the best course of action for them to take to ensure both the life of the door, and the repair - in turn saving them from future expenses. If the new customer contacts us to get their garage door replaced or a new one installed, we offer free, no obligation consultation to educate them on what options are out there to meet their required budget while also complementing their style. We also take the time to ensure the customer is first made aware of any HOA regulations or city codes they may need to considered when purchasing new doors. We want to ensure that customers are not stuck with out-of-pocket expenses if they unintentionally purchase a door without first being aware of any neighborhood or subdivision regulations. In the unlikely event that something of this manner occurs and we are immediately made aware, we will work with our customers to minimize any additional cost incurred as result of selecting the wrong door. But rest assured we will take great effort to prevent our customers from ever making that mistake.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and my business partner both come from extensive technical backgrounds (mechanical engineering, oil and gas, etc.). We've both been in the garage repair industry for a long time now and we fully understand what precision, accuracy, and a job done right the first time means.
How did you get started in the garage repair industry?
Our team has over 20 years experience combined. We are well versed and highly skilled in residential, commercial, and industrial applications. We decided to start this business to be the change we want to see in businesses out there. In this day and age most businesses have lost sight of what brought them success and that is their employees but more importantly their customers. With the amount of people on this planet today, most businesses out there look at the employee and the customer as just another number. Our belief is that consequently, pride in work and ethical values are a dying trait. We figure that if we offer the best quality work and are open and transparent with our customers, our business would grow while also being reputable for it's good values.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a customer who accidentally hit their garage door with vehicle. When I spoke with customer over phone she sounded distraught because she feared the worst and it was an unexpected expense she was not planning for.

I had the customer send me pictures depicting the condition of garage door and proceeded to calm her concerns a bit. When we arrived the door was badly collapsed and barely hanging onto anything. Long story short we took the time to carefully lift and secure the door and proceeded to repair only the minimum required parts that we could not, at the very least, manually restore into their original shape with our hand tools.
The customer had made a quick trip to the store and when she returned she was surprised to see the same door restored to its full operating condition along with correcting the parts we were able to salvage and reuse. When she saw her door open and close with garage opener, as if nothing ever happened, she was ecstatic.

This was on a Sunday and my technical expert wasn't very happy I called him in to work, but when he saw the customers appreciation it made his day. This is why we do what we do BEST. As a final note I would like to add that even though we were able to reuse some parts that were not too badly damaged, we only corrected those parts after first having carefully inspecting them to ensure we did not compromise the remaining life of the part and more importantly the safety of the customer including integrity of door. We did have to replace a full track from one side and we gave her the option to upgrade her rollers to nylon commercial grade for reduction in noise and smoother operation which she agreed to get. We included free full adjustment, tune up, and lubrication of all moving parts and springs. Happy ending. 9/22/17 :)!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure your service provider gives you signed estimate with items listed up front before any work is performed. We take pride in honest bidding and do not surprise our customers with hidden fees or unnecessary work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have had the opportunity to work with home owners, home builders, property managers, manufacturing plants, storage facilities and many more in our industry.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you are looking to replace your door, check with your subdivision zoning regulations. HOA, Civic Clubs, or even city regulations as well. You want to ensure getting the right door and not be surprised with HOA notifications or even fines. More importantly avoid losing dollars invested into the wrong door.

Keep the following considerations in mind when seeking any garage door service:

Do you prefer to hire someone who is NOT highly skilled or familiar with the countless selections of doors available out their to you? And as result may potentially offer you the cheapest grade of doors with the bare minimum options related to styling or construction at a cost that scares you to even want to entertain other options?

Do you prefer an expert and a professional who will take the time to educate you and guide you in the options that meet your requirements, taste, and budget?

Do you prefer to have an expert help you select a door that not only meets the criteria mentioned above but will help increase the overall value of your home? Consider this, your garage door represents about 30% of your homes facade. It is what captures a good majority of the view on most homes. That view, if appealing, helps increase the value of your home.

Statistically most home owners will only purchase 2-3 garage doors in their entire lifetime. Make the right choice with peace of mind and hire us to take care of your home as if it was our home.
